This document is a public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer") in accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and defines the terms of service provision by the Self-employed person (hereinafter — the "Contractor") to any person (hereinafter — the "Customer") who accepts the terms of this Offer.

1.General provisions

1.3. Acceptance of this Offer is the Customer’s payment for the Contractor’s services via the website. From the moment the funds are received, the contract is considered concluded.

2.Subject of the contract

2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the functionality of the Quantum Atman online platform: online courses, chat, self-development materials, as well as other services hosted on the website.

2.2. Services are provided electronically via the website. Access is provided after successful payment.

2.3. The list of available plans and their cost is indicated on the pricing page.

3.Payment procedure

3.1. Payment is made via the YooKassa service by bank cards (including Mir cards), via the Fast Payment System (FPS) or other methods available in the payment interface.

3.2. The moment of payment is the receipt of funds to the Contractor’s account.

3.3. A receipt is generated automatically and sent to the Customer at the email specified by them.

4.Rights and obligations

4.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide access to paid services within 24 hours from the moment of payment, but as a rule — instantly.

4.2. The Customer undertakes not to transfer their login and password to third parties, not to use the platform materials for commercial purposes without the written permission of the Contractor.

4.3. The Contractor has the right to change the cost of services and the composition of plans by publishing changes on the website. Changes do not apply to already paid periods.

5.Refunds

5.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the service and request a refund within 14 calendar days from the moment of payment, if access to the platform has not been actually used (less than 10% of the course completed, no more than 10 messages sent in the chat).

5.2. To request a refund, send an application to: dmitrydancero@gmail.com.The refund is made to the same details from which the payment was made, within 10 business days.

5.3. If the access was actually used, the refund is made in proportion to the unused subscription period.

6.Liability

6.1. The Contractor is not responsible for temporary technical failures beyond their control, but makes every effort to eliminate them.

6.2. The Contractor is not responsible for the content of materials posted by users in the chat, but reserves the right to delete them in case of violation of the rules.

7.Personal data

7.1. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, email) for the purpose of performing the contract, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

7.2. The privacy policy is published on the Privacy Policy page.
